project uses Pydantic AI to structure and validate agent outputs, OpenAI’s GPT-4 for natural language processing, and a custom database for retrieving customer details. The agent follows a modular design: it fetches customer data, evaluates queries, and assigns a risk level. Key tools allow it to retrieve balances and block compromised cards when necessary.
