Free gives you 50 lifetime requests to GET /v1/reputation (grade + score) at 1 req/sec. Pro ($100/mo) adds trust assessments, compliance gating, verification sessions, operator credentials, and sandbox testing — 1,000 requests per month at 5 req/sec.

Yes. Operators get their Passport for free. Sellers pay to check Passport status via the assess API.
