Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgentScore website at agentscore.sh (the "Site") and the AgentScore API at api.agentscore.sh (the "API"), collectively the "Service," operated by Case Distribution AI, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AgentScore provides trust and reputation scores for AI agents based on publicly available on-chain data, including ERC-8004 registrations and x402 payment activity on Base and other EVM chains. Scores are computed algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes, including:

• Querying agent scores via the API or Site
• Integrating score data into your own applications
• Using scores to inform trust decisions about AI agents

You may not:

• Attempt to manipulate or game the scoring system
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the scoring algorithms beyond what is publicly documented
• Resell API access or systematically redistribute score data as a competing service
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent access controls

3. API Access

The API is currently provided free of charge with rate limits. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, modify rate limits, or require API keys at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

4. Data & Accuracy

Scores are derived from publicly available blockchain data and computed algorithmically. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or correctness of any score.

AgentScore does not constitute financial advice, an endorsement, or a certification of any agent. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on score data.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, scoring methodology, and documentation, is owned by Case Distribution AI, Inc. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses as indicated in our GitHub repositories.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Case Distribution AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
