These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AgentScore website at agentscore.sh and the AgentScore API at api.agentscore.sh, collectively the Service, operated by Case Distribution AI, Inc.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AgentScore provides trust and reputation scores for AI agents based on publicly available on-chain data, including ERC-8004 registrations and x402 payment activity on Base and other EVM chains. Scores are computed algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes, including querying agent scores via the API or Site, integrating score data into your own applications, and using scores to inform trust decisions about AI agents.

The API is currently free with rate limits. The company reserves the right to introduce paid tiers, modify rate limits, or require API keys at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Scores are derived from publicly available blockchain data but completeness and correctness are not guaranteed. The service does not constitute financial advice or endorsement.
The Service is owned by Case Distribution AI, Inc. Open-source components follow their respective licenses.
The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
The company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
Updates are effective when posted. Continued use indicates acceptance.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice.
