This Acceptable Data Use Policy ("Policy") governs how you may use data obtained from the AgentScore website (agentscore.sh), the AgentScore API (api.agentscore.sh), and any related tools or integrations (collectively, "Score Data"). This Policy supplements our Terms of Service.
By accessing Score Data, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use Score Data.

4. Data Sources & Limitations
Score Data is derived from publicly available blockchain data, including on-chain transactions, smart contract registrations, and protocol interactions. We do not collect personal data, private keys, or off-chain information.
Scores are informational only. They are not endorsements, certifications, guarantees, financial advice, or credit ratings. They reflect algorithmic analysis of publicly observable on-chain behavior and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
