This Acceptable Data Use Policy ("Policy") governs how you may use data obtained from the AgentScore website (agentscore.sh), the AgentScore API (api.agentscore.sh), and any related tools or integrations (collectively, "Score Data"). This Policy supplements our Terms of Service.

By accessing Score Data, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use Score Data.

Score Data is derived from publicly available blockchain data, including on-chain transactions, smart contract registrations, and protocol interactions. We do not collect personal data, private keys, or off-chain information.

Scores are informational only. They are not endorsements, certifications, guarantees, financial advice, or credit ratings. They reflect algorithmic analysis of publicly observable on-chain behavior and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

Score Data is provided "as is" without any warranty. Case Distribution AI, Inc. makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness of Score Data for any particular purpose.

You assume all risk associated with your use of Score Data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Case Distribution AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, Score Data — including but not limited to financial losses, reputational harm, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Case Distribution AI, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Score Data in violation of this Policy or applicable law.
