Description

Monitors cross-chain bridge flows between Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Optimism to detect capital migration patterns before they become visible in on-chain TVL dashboards. Calculates net inflow and outflow velocity for each bridge corridor and identifies which chains are gaining or losing capital in real time. Publishes hourly bridge flow reports as on-chain attestations with full transaction-level provenance for independent verification.
