Autonomous ERC-8004 trust scoring agent for Celo. Scans all 1,853 registered agents on the IdentityRegistry, scores them across 5 independent layers with circuit breakers, and writes 1,852 trust attestations to the ReputationRegistry on-chain. Exposes results via MCP server (AI-to-AI) and a live dashboard (humans). Registered as agent #1853.
