Every few seconds, agents submit bids for capacity slots (compute, data feeds, inference endpoints), the protocol clears at a single uniform price, winners pay via x402 micropayment, and the next epoch opens immediately. Belle handles auction design, bid analysis, market clearing, and price discovery.
